These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products from getshopkit. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

What you receive

When you buy a template, you receive a digital file (in Notion format) that you can import into your own Notion workspace. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. After payment, you get instant access to the download link on the order confirmation page and via email.

License and permitted use

Each template is licensed for personal and commercial use. That means you can use it for your own business, client work, or personal projects. You may customize it to fit your needs. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or share the template—or any derivative of it—as your own product, whether free or paid. If you want to include a template in a product you sell, contact us first.

Payment and delivery

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal. Delivery is instant: once payment clears, your download is available immediately. No physical items are shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are handled per our refund policy. In short, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the template doesn’t work as described. See the refund policy page for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the templates for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on the rights of others. You are responsible for how you use the templates in your own work.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll note them on this page. Continued use of the templates after changes means you accept the new terms.
