Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If one of our Notion templates doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

What qualifies

You are eligible for a refund if the template doesn’t function as described on the product page, if the download link is broken, or if you simply change your mind within the 14-day window. We trust you—no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number and the reason for the refund. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

How and when money is returned

If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method via PayPal. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

What is not refundable

We cannot offer refunds after 14 days from the purchase date. Additionally, if you have clearly violated our terms of service (for example, by redistributing the template), you forfeit your right to a refund. Since these are digital products, once you’ve downloaded and used a template for an extended period, we assume it’s working for you.
