The solopreneur's guide to Notion dashboards that actually save time

Stop building dashboards that look good but do nothing. Here's what actually matters for a one-person business.

Most Notion dashboards are designed for teams. Linked views, status reports, multiple assignees. As a solopreneur, you don't need any of that.

Your dashboard should answer three questions: What do I need to do today? What's coming up this week? Where are my key numbers (revenue, subscribers, tasks done)? That's it. Every extra widget is a distraction.

I built my own dashboard around a simple table with three columns: Task, Due, Status. No formulas. A calendar view for deadlines. A gallery view for projects with cover images. It takes 5 minutes to update and 2 seconds to read.

If you're spending more than 10 minutes a day managing your dashboard, it's too complex. Strip it down. Your future self will thank you.
