How I organize 20+ projects in Notion without losing my mind
A simple system to track multiple projects without the overwhelm.
I run three revenue streams and consult on the side. That's a lot of moving parts. For years, I tried every productivity app under the sun. But nothing stuck until I built a Notion dashboard that mirrors how my brain actually works.
The key insight? Don't manage projects in isolation. Instead, create a single workspace where every project has a status, a next action, and a weekly review. I use a database with views: one for all projects, one for active only, and one for tasks due this week. That's it.
Here's the before-and-after. Before: I'd have 15 tabs open, a pile of sticky notes, and a vague sense of dread. After: I open one page, see exactly what needs attention, and spend 10 minutes updating. The system scales because you don't add complexity — you subtract it.
